Confirmed bookings
Cancellation and refund arrangements for a confirmed booking depend on the agreed service date, preparation already completed, and any personalised ribbon lettering. The applicable arrangements will be provided and agreed with you before payment and booking confirmation.
Changing or cancelling

Problems with the service
If something is not as agreed, contact us promptly so we can put it right. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
